A Tower that watches over everything. A lighthouse. At the same time a warning, a salvation, but also an oppressive light that reminds everyone of the rules and does not allow them to have their personal freedom before the world.

Hamlet, by William Shakespeare, has inspired all types of artists. For Miguel Moreira, the questions that arose in the studio were: “What would words do to the dancers’ bodies? What new states could they bring, knowing that the voice would open new meanings from the words?” About the show, he writes: “The image of people who free themselves from their bonds (social and psychological), who walk free in search of a new meaning for themselves in the world, was what we seemed to be pursuing in this creation.”
