OU.kupa is a festival created by Piny, a project supporting artistic creation, thought, and research on urban dance cultures – street, clubbing, and Ballroom. It celebrates other dance stories, supporting creators and giving visibility to languages from non-formal contexts. In its 2nd edition, taking place at the Teatro do Bairro Alto and the Gulbenkian Summer Garden, with residencies in several spaces, six dance pieces will premiere, along with an exhibition, House and Hip hop training sessions with DJ sets, 3 talks, a Ball (Vogue), and two battles representing Breaking, Hip hop, Funky Styles, Krump, and House.

PINY is a dancer, choreographer, researcher, teacher, and facilitator of intersectional practices. She founded the collective ButterflieSoulFlow, the SoulFlow DJ's, the collective Orchidaceae, the project Vogue PT.Chapter, and highlights from her creations include the solo 'HIP. a pussy point of view,' the piece '.G RITO,' and 'ONYX.' In 2023, she launched the festival OU.kupa. She believes in free artistic creation that is socially and politically connected.
