So... I want it to be like one of those Netflix crime documentaries, or like a crazy scroll through the depths of the internet. And it starts like this:

Mário Coelho's new creation is a thriller with touches of dark humor. Ajoelha-te e diz-me que me amas tells the story of a young actor who lands the role of a lifetime: playing a man involved in a real crime that shocked the country. To prepare, he decides to visit him. But what begins as a simple conversation quickly turns into an unpredictable game. Between contradictory accounts, family secrets, surprise appearances, scrolling through the universe of creepypastas, and the disturbing (or laughable) legend of "knock knock," the truth begins to escape, or assert its "truer" side, embracing redundancy. Who is controlling the narrative? And how far are we willing to go to get to the "right" version of a story? Can we still talk about "truth" in the digital age? Questions, questions, questions... We'll await answers!
