O Espaço do Tempo, with the support of Fundação "la Caixa" and in collaboration with Banco BPI, is launching the 6th edition of the Creation Grants in Contemporary Performing Arts. With a total fund of €100,000, four grants of €25,000 will be awarded. These grants aim to stimulate creation in the fields of dance, theater, performance, and cross-disciplinary work.
The four selected projects will premiere at O Espaço do Tempo in November 2026 during the #ETFEST festival (November 13-14 or 27-28), following two weeks of residency in the venue where the performances will be presented.
Jury members consist of Ana Rocha, Cristina Planas Leitão, Patrícia Portela, and Pedro Barreiro.
Applications must be submitted until 11:59pm on November 3rd, 2025 (Portugal mainland time). Submissions after this time will not be considered. O Espaço do Tempo reserves the right to request additional information about the submitted projects.
Results will be communicated to final applicants via email and published on O Espaço do Tempo's website on November 28th, 2025.
