An autobiographical and multidisciplinary solo performance by Samuel Querido that investigates the invisible impact of gender norms on the male body. Starting from the myth that 'boys don't cry,' the piece exposes a man imprisoned by the fear of failing to live up to a socially constructed image. This is not a denunciation, but a liberation from an expected caricature. A necessary space for reconciliation and listening to human vulnerability.

Samuel Querido is an actor and creator, with a degree from ESAD.CR. His career, marked by a strong connection to physical theatre and community-based work, includes collaborations with directors such as Sofia Cabrita, Tiago Poiares, Tiago de Faria, and José Carlos Garcia. He is currently dedicated to artistic mediation projects in Fundão and coordinates the "Geração com Memórias" theatre group and "Grupo de Teatro Histérico". In parallel, he is researching the dynamics of contemporary masculinity, developing a new original creation that seeks to expose the limitations of traditional masculinity to younger audiences.
