Matagal is an interdisciplinary performance that brings together multiple artistic languages — dance, theatre, visual arts, music, video, and light design. In this creative process, deaf and hearing performers search, through poetry, for a gesture of resistance. They seek, in words, a broader way of inhabiting and contemplating the world — of existing in a continuous process of transformation.
