Ecology of Strangers, by Ana Libório
Performance/Installation • 15h30 – Garden

Ecology of Strangers is an artistic object that promotes the fusion between the space of installation and performance. The stage is occupied by two performers who speculate on dissonances in an experimental universe  forming a body in digital and non-digital spaces. The performance is a place for digital utopias and philosophy where the real is incapable of being categorized. The structure of the piece allows the audience to adjust interaction dynamics through the performance. Time. Space. Body. A queer-encounter ecology. I am trying to make something visible; I decide a point of view asking who stands beyond the perspective. What is the reality of the image? The real is nameless. The modulations of myself standing under the understanding.

Æffective Choreography, by André Uerba
Project Presentation • 16h30 – Auditorium

How does your body feel today? In this time of high speed and violence, choreographer and bodyworker André Uerba deals within the project “Æffective Choreography” with intimacy procedures and their potential in collective practices. In the context of the Goethe Institute, he will present the project in a yet undefined way, but something that will navigate between a talk, showing video excerpts, workshop and work methodology. For this session, he has invited performer Manoela Rangel.
