O Espaço do Tempo launches an international open call for the position of Artistic Director for the quadrennium 2027–2030, with the possibility of renewal.

For 26 years, we have been a home for Portuguese and international artists — a place of residencies, encounter, artistic risk-taking, and community. As we begin a new cycle, we would like to thank Pedro Barreiro for his dedicated work, and we are opening an international application process for the continuation and reinvention of our project.

We are looking for strong candidates with experience in artistic direction or cultural project management, in-depth knowledge of the contemporary performing arts, the ability to lead with empathy, vision and dedication, fluency in English, among other attributes.
