O Espaço do Tempo, with the support of BPI and the Fundação "la Caixa", is launching the 5th edition of the Creation Grants in Contemporary Performing Arts. With a total fund of €100,000, four grants of €25,000 will be awarded. These grants aim to stimulate creation in the fields of dance, theater, performance, and cross-disciplinary work.

The four selected projects will premiere at O Espaço do Tempo in November 2025, during the #ETFEST Festival, following two weeks of final residency in the venue where the performances will be presented.

For this edition, the jury consists of Ana Rocha, Cristina Planas Leitão, Joyce Souza, Patrícia Portela, and Pedro Barreiro.

Applications must be submitted by 11:59 PM on November 8, 2024 (Portugal mainland time). Late submissions will not be considered. O Espaço do Tempo reserves the right to request additional information about the submitted projects.

Results will be communicated to applicants via email and published on O Espaço do Tempo's website on November 29, 2024.
